We are looking for a strategic Commercial Account Executive to join our team, drive new business, and help us continue our growth as a recognized leader in the cloud and technology space.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales by prospecting and hunting for new logos within the Commercial segment.
- Act as a consultative advisor to build deep relationships and align our product roadmap with customer business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Human Resources teams, to deliver value and resolve client needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify key decision makers and buying processes.
- Negotiate and close complex sales cycles while maintaining a focus on long-term partnership and strategy.
- Communicate the value of our technology to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and end-users.
- Analyze funnel data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales processes.
Must-haves
- Proven track record of success in quota-carrying software or technology sales.
- Experience hunting for new business and closing complex deals with large organizations.
- Ability to engage and sell to C-level executives and diverse buying committees.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English.
