About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role where you will own and scale revenue growth across our mid-market and lower enterprise segments. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outbound prospecting to closing deals, while working closely with our product and leadership teams to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process, which includes generating your own pipeline, navigating complex negotiations, and closing new business.
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan that prioritizes outbound efforts and identifies new greenfield opportunities.
- Build multi-threaded sales campaigns that effectively communicate our platform value to both technical and economic decision-makers.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualifications to our team:
- Three to six years of experience in a closing role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- A hunter mentality with a passion for building pipeline from scratch and creating your own opportunities.
- Strong strategic selling skills, including the ability to navigate multi-threaded deal cycles and speak to both technical and business outcomes.
- Operational excellence, including the ability to maintain a clean pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- A collaborative mindset and a high degree of coachability.
- Bonus points for experience in fintech, HR tech, or selling developer-focused APIs and infrastructure tools.
Location
This is a hybrid position based in the United States, requiring you to be in our San Francisco office at least two days per week.
