As a brand that thrives on connecting with the next generation of fashion lovers, we focus on driving engagement and awareness across college campuses in the United States. We are looking for someone who loves social media and community building to help us elevate our reach and connect with students nationwide.

What is this role?

We are looking for a College Program Representative to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone with a solid background in influencer marketing or public relations. You will play a vital role in supporting our College Ambassador Program, helping us scale our presence and drive traffic to our website by fostering genuine connections with student ambassadors.

What will you do?

You will manage and nurture relationships with our college ambassadors, ensuring consistent communication through email and social media channels.
You will take charge of tracking and reporting on ambassador collaborations, while also conducting weekly trend and competitor analysis to keep our marketing team informed.
You will handle the ambassador budget and coordinate updates for our marketing calendars, ensuring that all campus events and activities are well-organized and aligned with our goals.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in influencer marketing or public relations. We value candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and who bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to the team. You should be highly proficient in English and have a strong grasp of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Experience with G-Suite is essential, and having a background in collegiate ambassador programs or affiliate platforms is considered a significant plus.
