The role

We are seeking a Senior College Community Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in New York, where you will lead our global college marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, ensuring that our brand remains a staple in youth culture through strategic ambassador programs and campus-based initiatives.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive college ambassador and influencer strategies to drive brand awareness and meaningful engagement across key global markets.
• Plan and manage high-impact campus activations and events, overseeing everything from logistics and budgets to creative partnerships that resonate with students.
• Analyze campaign performance and community growth metrics to provide data-driven insights that optimize our outreach and refine our long-term marketing strategy.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in community management, marketing, social media, or a related discipline.
• A deep understanding of current community marketing trends, social platforms, and performance analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and student leaders.
• A proactive, creative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment and values strategic storytelling.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits
