College Community Marketing Manager at Bubble Skincare

Job Title: College Community Marketing Manager

Position Overview: 

As the College Community Manager, you will lead Bubble’s global college marketing strategies, driving community engagement, ambassador initiatives, and influencer partnerships across key markets, including the US and global expansion to the UK, and Canada. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling Bubble’s presence on college campuses, ensuring that our brand resonates authentically with students.

This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership to grow and nurture an engaged college community through ambassador programs, student-led initiatives, and campus activations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with PR, partnerships, creative, social media, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: 

Community Engagement & Growth (30%)

• Lead and execute the college ambassador and college influencer strategy to drive engagement and awareness across key college markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current ambassadors, student leaders, athletes, organizations, and influencers to grow Bubble’s brand presence on campuses.
• Identify opportunities to enhance student-led brand initiatives, ensuring they align with Bubble’s community and marketing objectives.

Influencer & Community Network Management (20%)

• Oversee the tracking and management of college ambassador and influencer networks, ensuring accurate performance metrics, contact details, and campaign deliverables.
• Utilize management tools to segment influencers based on market, engagement, audience demographics, and past performance to optimize outreach.
• Regularly assess and refine the college influencer recruitment and retention strategy based on campaign outcomes and evolving market trends.

Event Planning & Campus Activations (20%)

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact campus events, ambassador activations, and student engagement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end event execution, managing logistics, budgets, and partnerships to maximize brand presence.
• Collaborate with ambassadors and campus reps to create unique, on-brand experiences that resonate with students.

Campaign Strategy & Execution (20%)

• Lead the development and execution of college-focused brand campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with Bubble’s broader marketing objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with PR, partnerships, creative, and social teams to bring college initiatives to life across digital and in-person channels.
• Oversee ambassador briefings, content creation guidelines, and performance tracking to ensure high-quality and impactful campaign execution.

Performance Analysis & Optimization (10%)

• Own and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, tracking KPIs such as engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.
• Analyze data-driven insights to optimize influencer partnerships, campaign effectiveness, and community-building efforts.
• Regularly assess ambassador performance, adjusting strategy as needed to maximize impact.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage and mentor the College Community Coordinators and interns, ensuring they are supported in executing marketing initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee intern hiring and management efforts, ensuring the team operates efficiently and aligns with Bubble’s vision.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in community, marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community marketing trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and connecting with diverse audiences.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and make strategic recommendations to enhance influencer marketing efforts.
