We are currently looking for a Senior Collection Strategy Support Specialist to join our team in Ukraine on a contract basis. Our organization focuses on optimizing complex financial processes, and we pride ourselves on maintaining highly efficient database systems to support our operations. In this on-site role, you will play a vital part in refining how we interact with our data and communicate with our stakeholders.
Key outcomes
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of collection strategies within our databases to maximize operational efficiency.
- Perform daily monitoring to ensure our communication logic functions exactly as intended.
- Verify that all strategy executions are carried out accurately and in accordance with our standards.
- Take ownership of the analysis and management of our SMS and email dispatch programs.
- Work closely with our IT department to coordinate technical requirements and resolve system challenges.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in technology and strategy development. We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in database management and the ability to navigate complex data structures.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies across digital channels.
