Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior COE-Risk Ops professional to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in the United Arab Emirates, perfect for someone who is passionate about risk strategy and operational excellence in the blockchain space.
Your impact
- Leverage data to deliver high-value analysis and reporting across our operations and risk domains.
- Drive process improvements and monitor the effectiveness of these enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop business requirement documents that push our product optimization forward.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in risk operations, fraud, or KYC processes.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, process improvement, and operations management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A deep passion for emerging technologies and blockchain.
- The ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams across different jurisdictions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with a bonus if you can speak Mandarin.
