What you bring

This is a full-time position based on-site, perfect for a student or someone looking to grow their career in customer service. You will be a key part of our front-of-house team, using your initiative to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing table service, which includes greeting guests, guiding them to their seats, and offering expert recommendations from our menu.
• Maintaining our high standards for health and safety throughout every shift.
• Proactively addressing the needs and requests of our customers to ensure total satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and a natural team player. You should be well-spoken and well-mannered, as these traits are essential for providing the level of service our guests expect. The ability to stay calm and multi-task under pressure is vital in our busy environment. While previous experience is desirable, it is not strictly necessary, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
