We are looking for a CNO Software Engineer to join our high-performing team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States.
Key outcomes
- Take the lead on the design and architecture of back-end systems and command-line interfaces.
- Create robust, high-quality tools that prioritize the specific requirements of our users.
- Integrate testing directly into the capability development lifecycle.
- Manage the delivery and deployment of operational capabilities.
- Engage directly with technical customers to refine requirements and ensure mission alignment.
Requirements
- You must hold a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility, which requires United States citizenship.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. You may substitute this with four years of hands-on, full-time experience in a software engineering role.
- At least three years of professional experience in CNO development, embedded development, or a similar software engineering discipline.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: C, Assembly, or Python.
- Comfort and expertise working within Linux or Windows development environments.
- A foundational understanding of vulnerability research and reverse engineering concepts, including familiarity with tools such as Ghidra, Binary Ninja, Ollydbg, or ROP.
- The ability to contribute to the construction of CI/CD pipelines.
- A proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to execute tasks independently.
- A professional demeanor suited for a high-trust, adaptable, and fast-paced work environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct industry experience within the Cyber Operations domain.
- Practical experience with embedded Linux development.
- Demonstrated success in communicating technical concepts to customers and end-users.
