What you bring
We are hiring a Senior C#/.NET Developer on a Full Time basis to join our hybrid teams across the United States. In this role you will design and deliver modern, cloud-native applications that support capital markets clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. Your background in Software Engineering and Financial Services will help you thrive as you contribute to projects that combine C#, .NET, SQL, and Microservices within an Agile environment.
- Build testable, robust C#/.NET microservices that leverage cloud platforms, containerization, and messaging technologies.
- Contribute to software and architectural design decisions that keep our applications maintainable and performant.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, taking ownership of features from initial story through deployment and ongoing support.
This position is based in the United States and follows a Hybrid work arrangement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of professional experience writing commercial-grade software, including five years of hands-on C#/.NET development and three years working with SQL and multi-tier architectures. You are fluent in modern C# and its functional capabilities, comfortable applying sound design principles and development methodologies, and hold a BS in Computer Science or possess equivalent practical experience. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to take initiative within an Agile team are essential. Experience with modern front-end web technologies or familiarity with capital markets is considered a plus.
What we offer
Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $225,000 depending on level and experience, with placement determined by the relevance of your background to the role. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
