As a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, we have achieved over $3 billion in annual retail sales with our innovative portfolio, which includes fairlife ultra-filtered milk, Core Power high protein shakes, and the fairlife nutrition plan. We are currently looking for a CMMS Strategy & Deployment Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This senior-level role will lead the strategic execution and optimization of our Computerized Maintenance Management Systems across our manufacturing facilities in Goodyear, AZ, Coopersville, MI, and our upcoming site in Webster, NY.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for the CMMS operational readiness workstream to ensure a seamless system launch at our new Webster facility.
- Standardize asset structures and optimize preventative maintenance approaches by applying insights gathered from across our network.
- Provide coaching and training to maintenance planners, leadership, and mechanics to ensure consistent work order execution and effective system utilization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical disciplines, planning, or supervisory roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying CMMS systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, combined with the ability to analyze maintenance data, develop KPIs, and perform cost analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including vendors, OEMs, and plant staff.
What we offer
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 USD. We provide a comprehensive package that includes medical and financial benefits to support our employees.
