What you'll be doing

• You will supervise and train your team to ensure we meet all contractual obligations, with a specific focus on preventative maintenance and parts management.
• You will implement and optimize the various tools within our CMMS, including work orders, predictive maintenance, EHS protocols, asset management, and performance tracking.
• You will analyze data to generate reports, identify areas for operational improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline our maintenance processes.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this senior role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and maintenance management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, paired with at least 8 years of experience within the energy sector.
• Proficiency in English, including strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• A solid understanding of maintenance management principles, EHS regulations, and industry standards.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Microsoft Windows, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience using Fiix CMMS.
• Professional certifications such as CMRP or CPMM are considered a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural environment.
