As a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Specialist you will be responsible for the effective utilization, administration, and continuous improvement of the CMMS to support maintenance operations and asset management. The CMMS specialist ensures that all maintenance activities, work orders, and asset records are accurately documented and maintained within the CMMS. This role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize maintenance processes and improve overall equipment efficiency. The CMMS Specialist reports directly to the VP of Commercial Operations.

Location: This job is located on-site in our new office in Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, focusing on parts management and preventative maintenance.
• Implement and optimize the utilization of various tools within the CMMS, including work orders, predictive maintenance, work cycles, EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), asset management, audits, work requests, and performance tracking.
• Develop and streamline processes for effective utilization of CMMS functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in maintenance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on CMMS usage and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMMS technology to continuously improve system capabilities and performance.
• Generate reports and analyze data to measure performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to implement new features and integrations within the CMMS
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or above degree in Engineering with Minimum 8 years of working experience in Energy Sector.
• Certifications in CMMS or maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CPMM) are a plus.
• Experience working with Fiix CMMS is a plus.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices.
• Experience in supervising and training teams in CMMS utilization and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Knowledge.
