What is this role?
We are seeking a CloudOps Software Engineer with a focus on FedRAMP to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining our collaborative office culture. You will play a vital role in our cloud journey, helping us scale, supervise, and maintain our large-scale SaaS services.
What will you do?
- Architect and deploy scalable hosted services within AWS and GCP environments while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop robust automation using Python, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline infrastructure management and continuous integration pipelines.
- Implement rigorous security measures and monitoring capabilities to protect our infrastructure against threats and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and SOC standards.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or managing SaaS environments, including experience with pager rotations.
- Proven expertise in AWS and GCP, along with strong Linux skills and hands-on experience with Docker.
- A deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements and a passion for turning manual processes into end-to-end automated workflows using Python.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams during the product design phase.
