We are currently supporting one of our rapidly scaling ventures and are looking for a high-energy, curious Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to join us on this journey. The opportunity
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be the technical backbone for our scaling venture. You will bridge the gap between high-level project goals and hands-on engineering, ensuring that our systems are not only scalable and secure but also aligned with our long-term engineering strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change, as you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our products while mentoring the next generation of engineering talent.
A day in the life
- You will design and implement robust, cloud-native solutions while setting high technical standards for code quality, information security, and testing across the team.
- You will act as a key collaborator, working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership to define OKRs and KPIs that drive the value and speed of our engineering output.
- You will focus on team growth by identifying skill gaps, providing mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture through clear feedback and process improvements.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments. You possess a pragmatic, product-focused mindset and are comfortable navigating uncertainty to find the best path forward. Your background includes:
- Expertise in designing and supporting scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and broad experience with various cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, both in technical delivery and in the growth of your team members.
- Fluency in English, which is essential for our collaborative, cross-functional environment.
While not required, holding a cloud certification is considered a plus. We welcome applications from any graduate who brings the right mix of technical skill and leadership potential.
