Cloud Software Delivery Manager at Metasys

We are looking for a dedicated Cloud Software Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis here in the United States. Our company specializes in deploying advanced cloud-based solutions, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow platform. We pride ourselves on helping clients solve complex business challenges through technical innovation, and we need someone who can lead our teams to success while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. What you'll be doing

• You will oversee the entire technical deployment process, which includes managing requirements scoping, system installation, configuration, and the customization of ServiceNow tools to meet specific client needs.
• You will serve as a key leader who directs and motivates your team, ensuring that all project deliverables are robust, completed on time, and aligned with the client's vision.
• You will actively grow our key accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and building strong, lasting relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
