About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Security Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level position, you will work within our dedicated Information Security group to shape and execute our security strategy. You will collaborate across the organization to ensure that security is woven into the fabric of our operations, using your technical expertise to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage robust security solutions that utilize Zero-Trust principles to protect our cloud environment.
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation and recovery, while providing actionable recommendations to strengthen our security posture.
• Integrate security into our infrastructure by leveraging Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to deploy measures at scale within our CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Information Security.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure security, specifically with highly distributed systems in AWS or Azure.
• Proven expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Proficiency with the ELK stack for monitoring and analysis.
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript.
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Location

This position is hybrid. While we offer flexibility, you must be able to work out of our New York City office 2 to 3 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The target annual salary for this role is $145,000 to $165,000. Beyond the base salary, we offer a discretionary bonus opportunity and a comprehensive package designed to support your well-being and future.
