Cloud Platform Engineer at intouch

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. At InTouch, we are a fast-growing SaaS company dedicated to helping smart cities advance through technology. We specialize in automating traffic enforcement with AI to ensure safer and more efficient urban environments for municipalities and police districts. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to shape stable, reliable, and future-proof products while working in a hybrid environment based in Belgium, with two days a week at our office in the Droneport incubator campus in Sint-Truiden.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and improve our infrastructure using Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Terraform while maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and the Grafana stack.
• Act as a mentor and guide for your teammates, fostering a no-blame culture and promoting shared responsibility across the engineering team.
• Collaborate on end-to-end solutions through pair programming and close partnership with internal customers to advocate for high-quality, automated cloud architecture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and operating scalable, high-availability infrastructure with a focus on cloud-native platforms.
• Proven success in leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to modern stacks, and mentoring other engineers.
• Hands-on technical expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, and Grafana.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Bonus points for experience with Ansible, Helm, and ArgoCD.
