Success in this role requires strong analytical skills to perform diagnostics and tuning, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with our customers. While not strictly required, experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Nagios is highly desirable, as is a Neo4j Certified Professional certification. We value detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills in English.
