We are currently looking for a Cloud Infra Lead to join our R&D team in the United States. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will help us build the factory of the future by designing and operating the secure, mission-critical infrastructure that powers our robotic assembly lines and cloud-native applications.
Key outcomes
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Collaborate closely with our Software Engineering and IT teams to establish best practices for cloud strategy and system deployment.
- Develop and maintain automation templates using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure version-controlled infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline infrastructure updates and deployments.
- Enforce robust security and compliance standards, including conducting regular audits and implementing comprehensive observability and logging.
- Drive performance optimization, cost management, and the development of disaster recovery strategies to ensure high system availability.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- A proven track record of maintaining cloud infrastructure for mission-critical SaaS applications.
- Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- A deep understanding of cloud security principles and experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Practical experience managing multicloud infrastructure environments.
- Background in MLOps or working with machine learning-based applications.
- Familiarity with embedded devices or robotics systems.
