What is this role?
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in our infrastructure, focusing on systems administration, architecture, and capacity planning to support our corporate and call center environments.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our engineering and development teams to identify and implement optimal cloud solutions that align with our business needs.
- Design, deploy, and maintain modular cloud-based systems while ensuring they follow industry best practices for security and performance.
- Monitor and improve existing infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities, resolving deployment issues, and providing ongoing cloud support to our internal and external clients.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in cloud computing and a strong background in systems administration. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins.
- Proficiency in managing infrastructure using tools like GitHub or BitBucket.
- A strong understanding of AWS, with certifications being a significant plus.
- Experience with SysOps, containerization tools like Docker, and solid analytical troubleshooting skills.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide high-quality support to our clients.
