Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and we are happy to consider candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in evolving our infrastructure to ensure our systems remain scalable and reliable as we continue to grow.
Your impact
- Take ownership of our AWS infrastructure by writing and maintaining code using Terraform and Helm to drive growth and availability.
- Collaborate directly with our engineering teams across Fantasy, Sportsbook, and Data to scale systems and troubleshoot infrastructure challenges.
- Manage incident response procedures, conduct postmortems, and participate in on-call rotations to keep our production environments running smoothly.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
- Practical experience with scripting and programming in Python, Ruby, or BASH.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and GitHub Actions.
- Experience using Datadog for monitoring and logging.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $155,000, plus equity. We are always open to discussing compensation if your skills are exceptional. Our benefits package includes:
