About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this position, you will play a key role in the strategy, design, and implementation of large-scale cloud projects. You will help us leverage emerging technologies to make our business operations more secure, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and deploy the most effective cloud-based solutions for our specific business needs.
• Execute technical projects under the guidance of lead architects, focusing on AWS application deployment, large-scale data processing, and advanced analytics.
• Maintain high standards for application performance and security by establishing best practices for infrastructure maintenance and code quality.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions specifically on the AWS platform.
• A strong understanding of the five pillars of a well-architected framework.
• Proficiency in several technical areas, such as ETL, business intelligence, containerization, networking, big data, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• A proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and developers.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, REST, and RPC.
• An active AWS certification.

Location

This position is based in Canada.

Compensation and Benefits

The base annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $155,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide the following benefits:
