The role
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer I to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about technical support and cloud infrastructure. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure our solutions remain stable, secure, and efficient.
Core responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for cloud platforms and Linux/Unix operating systems through phone, ticketing systems, and automation.
- Own complex customer issues from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and consistent updates throughout the resolution process.
- Develop new tooling, processes, and playbooks to improve the overall customer experience while mentoring other team members on technical issues.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in cloud technologies and Linux. We value candidates who are proactive in identifying potential pitfalls for customers and who can recommend alternatives to enhance system stability. You must be comfortable working with automation tools and have a solid understanding of security policies. A commitment to staying informed about emerging technologies is essential, as is a high level of proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our global customer base.
