What you'll be doing
- You will manage complex technical issues for our customers, ensuring they stay informed throughout the entire resolution process, which may span several days or even weeks.
- You will troubleshoot customer environments across various cloud and virtualized platforms, working closely with other internal teams to boost user satisfaction.
- You will proactively develop new tooling, processes, and playbooks to improve efficiency, while mentoring other support team members on best practices.
