What you'll be doing
- You will optimize our AWS Cloud environment by keeping our systems secure, fast, and up-to-date to ensure our platform remains reliable.
- You will analyze and resolve complex technical incidents, working closely with your team and external suppliers to implement the most effective solutions.
- You will focus on advancing our Continuous Delivery capabilities and developing the cloud infrastructure that supports our various value streams.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a mid-level engineer who values high quality and automation. To be successful in this role, you should have the following background:
- Three to four years of experience as a Cloud platform engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services, plus familiarity with Azure or GCP.
- Proficiency in managing IaaS and PaaS services, including networking, compute, database, and storage solutions.
- Hands-on experience writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for pipeline configuration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
- A solid understanding of containerization, microservices, and general networking concepts like VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Fluency in English and the ability to stay focused while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
