We are Preservica, a global leader in digital preservation, and we are looking for a Senior Cloud Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. We help organizations across the world, including government agencies, museums, and major businesses, protect their most valuable digital assets through our award-winning SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Champion an automation-first approach to all infrastructure tasks, treating manual console work as a last resort.
- Build and maintain automation scripts to support product migrations, system upgrades, and new feature deployments.
- Develop and manage thorough documentation regarding our infrastructure, operational processes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to monitor production environments and resolve incidents effectively.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in DevOps and managing production-grade cloud environments.
- Proven technical proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong operational knowledge of Linux systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools including Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, growing team.
