Cloud Architect at Telesign

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to join our team in Serbia on a full-time, on-site basis to help us design and maintain the robust, scalable systems that power our global platform.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the architectural design of complex systems, focusing on performance, security, and reliability while ensuring our infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our customers.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive the implementation of these solutions.
• You will evaluate emerging technologies and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across our organization.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in software architecture and a passion for building innovative solutions. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in software architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of DevOps practices, software design patterns, and cybersecurity principles.
