The opportunity

As a Cloud Administrator, you will play a vital role in the operational support of our cloud and workplace environments. You will focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace solutions, acting as a primary point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow their technical skills while contributing to the efficiency and automation of our clients' IT landscapes. You will have the freedom to take initiative and the support of a close-knit team that values transparency and craftsmanship.

A day in the life

• You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, registering, analyzing, and resolving technical incidents or requests.
• You will manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange, while assisting with device management via Microsoft Intune.
• You will work on the optimization of cloud resources, helping to implement and migrate workloads while documenting procedures to improve our support processes.

Who you are

You are an enterprising and proactive professional who enjoys tackling challenges head-on. You communicate clearly in both English and Dutch, and you are comfortable building long-term relationships based on trust. Your background includes:

• An MBO-4 or Hbo degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least one year of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or cloud support.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• A strong interest in automation and scripting, with familiarity in tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
• A willingness to pursue and obtain relevant professional certifications.
