- Proficiency in working with SQL and Postgres, including the ability to design relational tables and write complex queries.
- Experience with data storage, transformation, and querying workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to writing observable, reliable code.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, Redis, or Temporal is considered a plus.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in fair compensation and offer a salary range of $80,000 to $140,000 for this position. Beyond the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term financial goals:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, with options that are fully covered by the company.
- Stock options in our rapidly growing company.
- A 401k plan with company matching.
- Generous paid time off and commuter benefits.
- Access to a free gym membership through Gympass.
- A flexible hybrid work environment with regular team events.
