What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist II to join our Clinical Development Team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a Clinical Trial Lead, providing scientific leadership and managing the execution of complex clinical trials. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data and study outcomes. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Planning and executing all phases of clinical trial activities, from study startup through close-out.
- Providing matrix leadership and training to supporting clinical scientists to ensure protocol requirements are met.
- Collaborating with medical monitors and clinical development leads to evaluate innovative trial designs and interpret clinical data trends.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in clinical research and a commitment to scientific excellence. We require a degree in a life sciences field, such as an MD, PhD, Pharm D, or MS, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in clinical science or development. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines, the drug development process, and clinical statistics. We are looking for a candidate who is highly proficient in medical writing and terminology, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Data Capture systems like RAVE.
