By joining our team, you will help us bridge the gap between clinical evidence and daily dietary habits to improve health outcomes at a massive scale.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Research Scientist to join us as a full-time, on-site team member in the United States. This is a high-impact position for someone with deep expertise in human subjects research and statistics. You will play a vital role in evaluating and refining our services, working closely with our Chief Medical Officer and scientific advisors to turn data into actionable health insights.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the logistics and operations of clinical trials, serving as key study personnel while working toward future oversight of trial initiatives.
- Execute rigorous statistical analyses for our internal and external projects, including randomized controlled trials, cost-effectiveness studies, and the Zipongo Nutrition Registry.
- Draft, edit, and submit peer-reviewed manuscripts while conducting thorough literature reviews to support evidence-based decision-making across our product and commercial teams.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in nutritional epidemiology and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Advanced knowledge of clinical trial design and management.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and the ability to build semi-automated processes for evaluating complex variables.
- Strong communication skills in English, specifically regarding the drafting of scientific manuscripts and cross-functional collaboration.
- A proven ability to partner with diverse teams, including data science, clinical education, and product development.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to supporting our team members as we grow. While we do not have specific salary figures to share at this time, we offer a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to lead retrospective analyses, drive research hypotheses, and directly influence the health outcomes of millions of users.
