Role at a glance

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be instrumental in managing oncology patients through pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials while ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Your impact

• Take charge of the recruitment and screening process to identify potential clinical trial subjects and verify their eligibility.
• Serve as a primary educator for both patients and nursing staff, ensuring everyone understands study protocols, medication adherence, and the management of side effects.
• Act as a vital bridge between our research team and various clinical departments, including pharmacy, radiology, and medical records, to ensure seamless study execution.

What you'll need

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a technical school or two-year college.
• At least one to two years of relevant clinical research experience, or a successful year as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator.
• An RN certification is preferred.
• A strong grasp of FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and data management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
