Our team of expert physicians, dietitians, and therapists uses evidence-based treatments to help patients improve their overall well-being, and we are looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter to help us grow this vital team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top-tier clinical talent using social media, job boards, and professional databases.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches, and Registered Dietitians.
- Evaluate applications to ensure all candidates meet our high standards and specific job requirements.
- Conduct thorough screenings to maintain a high interview-to-hire ratio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships throughout the entire interview process.
- Manage the offer process and coordinate directly with our Director of Talent to meet hiring goals.
- Champion our company culture and reputation as an employer of choice.
Must-haves
- Five to eight years of experience in clinical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners across the country.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
- Experience managing your own candidate scheduling and successfully closing candidates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Lever.
- Strong skills in communication, influencing, and decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
