We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Provider to join our team on a full-time basis. At Intellect, we operate a telehealth platform committed to expanding mental health access for the public. Our mission is to support the personal growth and well-being of our clients through tailored care. As a member of our community, you will work collaboratively with our internal team to provide high-quality mental health coaching and support to individuals across the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one mental health support to our clients, primarily through 60-minute video sessions on our platform.
Manage a variety of clinical cases, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our services by sharing your expertise and suggesting improvements to our platform and clinical programs.

Requirements

You must hold a Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
We require at least 300 clinical hours completed after your Master’s degree.
Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based practices, such as DBT or Motivational Interviewing, is essential.
It is a significant advantage if you have prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching in managerial roles.
While this is a remote position, candidates who are open to working onsite if the need arises are preferred.
