About the Role
We are hiring a Clinical & Pharmacy Data Analyst III for a full-time, remote position. In this senior role, you will be a key member of our Data and Insights team, responsible for demonstrating the impact of our pharmacy benefit management services to our strategic partners and clients. You will develop complex analytical frameworks, support clinical operations, and provide data-driven insights that help optimize our services. This position involves everything from quarterly performance reviews to ad hoc inquiries, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations that guide our pharmacy benefit management strategies.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and create scalable data processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations while identifying opportunities to operationalize AI and machine learning solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in quantitative analytics and pharmacy operations. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Analytics, Computer Science, or Pharmacy, with a PharmD being a preferred credential.
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in quantitative analytics, including at least 5 years of specific experience analyzing pharmacy claims and clinical datasets.
- Deep proficiency with SQL and relational database structures.
- Proven experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
- A fundamental understanding of AI, Generative-AI, and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and translate data into business strategy.
- Extra credit is given for proficiency in Python, R, dbt, version control, and hands-on experience with AWS.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is 130,000 USD. In addition to this compensation, we offer the flexibility of remote work to support our team members.
