Molecular Vision Lab is currently expanding our clinical services team and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Clinical Laboratory Research Associates. As a laboratory that operates under CLIA certification, we pride ourselves on delivering precise diagnostic insights. We provide a dynamic environment where you will play a vital role in our ongoing research and testing efforts across the United States.
Key outcomes
- Follow established standard operating procedures with high precision, including tasks such as sequence library preparation, DNA quality analysis, and hybridization assays.
- Maintain rigorous quality management standards by utilizing LIMS tracking, documenting process deviations, and performing accurate data entry.
- Execute molecular methods including DNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, and next-generation sequencing.
- Generate, analyze, and report data in a timely manner while ensuring the highest levels of quality.
- Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting by identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including supplies and reagents, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adapt quickly to evolving workflows and new procedures as our laboratory capacity increases.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- A commitment to maintaining data integrity while working under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Flexibility in your schedule, including the willingness to work weekends when project demands require it.
- Experience or interest in Research, Quality Management, and Data Analysis.
