The opportunity

We are seeking a Clinical Insights Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is central to our mission, as you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the clinicians who use it every day. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external evaluations, providing critical technical feedback to our development teams, and leading high-profile product demonstrations. By applying your deep clinical expertise, you will help us refine our ultrasound solutions, support key opinion leader development, and ensure that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of the medical community.

A day in the life

• You will spend your time observing system functionality in real-world clinical settings, gathering feedback from sonographers and clinicians to drive future product upgrades and enhancements.
• You will collaborate closely with our product managers and engineering teams to facilitate the development of optimal solutions, ensuring that our imaging technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
• You will lead strategic, high-profile product demonstrations and provide expert clinical training to diverse stakeholders, helping to articulate our brand vision and demonstrate the clinical value of our technology.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in ultrasound, covering applications such as general imaging, OB/GYN, and cardiac. You hold a BA or equivalent degree and possess an active RDMS certification. Because you will be working with a wide range of partners, from engineers to healthcare professionals, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You are a self-driven, results-oriented team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel up to 70% of the time to support our customers and projects across the country.
