At Truveta, we are on a mission to save lives with data. As the world’s first health provider-led data platform, we work to help researchers discover cures faster, assist clinicians in becoming experts, and empower families to make informed care decisions. We are a team of passionate, mission-driven individuals who value collaboration and innovation, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to making a real difference in healthcare.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere, though we do require in-person attendance for two weeks each year for our planning sessions. You will be a key player in our efforts to onboard member data and ensure it is integrated accurately into our platform, all while providing excellent support to our members.
What will you do?
- Analyze complex data sets and develop or maintain rules for data movement to ensure high levels of efficiency and integrity.
- Onboard new member data into our platform while providing exceptional support to our partners throughout the entire process.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of your methodologies, findings, and processes to encourage knowledge sharing and reproducibility across the team.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable engaging with a highly technical team. We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience, ideally within a healthcare system or a software development environment. You should have a strong command of English and be able to communicate effectively with both customers and technical colleagues.
Your background should include:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with clinical applications like Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for analyzing large datasets.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.
- A deep understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical data concepts.
What's in it for you?
We offer a base salary range of $120,000 to $153,000, depending on your experience, location, and skills. Beyond the compensation, we provide a supportive environment designed to help you grow both personally and professionally.
Our benefits include:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- A 401k retirement plan.
- Flexible work hours and generous paid time off to support your work-life balance.
- Dedicated professional development and training opportunities.
- The ability to work remotely with a collaborative, distributed team.
