We pride ourselves on being a place where innovation happens at scale, and we are looking for a sharp, collaborative, and ambitious Client Support Engineer to join our high-energy team and help us continue our rapid growth.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. We operate on a hybrid work model, and while this role is based in our vibrant trading environment, we are open to candidates who can excel in this high-stakes space. You will be the essential bridge between our technology and the traders who rely on it every day.
Your impact
- Act as the primary technical and functional advocate for our clients, ensuring their trading experience remains seamless and efficient.
- Lead incident management efforts by diagnosing complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Leverage SQL and PostgreSQL to generate critical data reports, while collaborating with Sales and Product teams to turn client feedback into platform improvements.
What you'll need
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can balance technical troubleshooting with a human-centric approach. You should be comfortable speaking English fluently and possess the following:
- Over 5 years of experience in financial or technical support, specifically within trading ecosystems.
- Technical proficiency in Linux environments, Python, and BASH scripting for process automation.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Prometheus.
- A deep understanding of database management using SQL, PostgreSQL, and Google BigQuery.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Perks and compensation
We offer a base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 for this role. Beyond the numbers, we support our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
