About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our most strategic clients and our internal teams. You will use your deep product knowledge and relationship-building skills to ensure our partners get the most value out of our services. This is a great chance to help shape our client success strategy while working closely with our Sales, Product, and Operations departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase through to full implementation.
- Create and deliver training programs, including documentation and live sessions, to help our customers feel confident using our platform.
- Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic insights that help our clients reach their operational goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in building and maintaining professional relationships. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS environment.
- A proven ability to handle complex issues with empathy and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both individual contributors and senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, consultative mindset and a passion for solving complex business problems.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Asana, or HubSpot is considered a plus.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
