Apiphani is a technology-enabled managed services firm focused on transforming the support of mission-critical enterprise workloads. We are currently seeking a senior-level Client Success Account Executive to join our team in the Washington D.C. area. This is a full-time, on-site position for a U.S. citizen residing within the United States who is ready to take ownership of strategic relationships within the regulated commercial and public sectors.
Key outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our service footprint by providing strategic consulting and innovative solutions.
- Partner with our Service Delivery, Enterprise Transformation, and Client Success teams to align business objectives and provide a unified vision to leadership.
- Create and execute comprehensive account plans that address specific client goals, regulatory requirements, and our own strategic targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client operations and compliance landscapes to position our services effectively.
- Manage financial health by overseeing revenue and margin forecasts, ensuring accurate PO coverage, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
- Coordinate with the finance department to guarantee invoicing accuracy and contract compliance.
- Lead executive-level business reviews, manage contract renewals, and facilitate high-level proposals with precision.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, fostering deep partnerships and mutual success.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional experience in enterprise account management, technology sales, or consulting.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within complex, regulated environments.
- Experience working with or selling to public sector organizations or highly regulated commercial industries.
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and brief executive leadership or boards.
- Familiarity with enterprise delivery models, such as ITIL, and experience with major ERP systems like SAP.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work as a self-starter.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA is preferred for this role.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $185,000 USD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
