We are currently seeking a Client Services & Operations Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital part in our operations department, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service while managing the end-to-end processing of their communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing, proofing, and distribution of copy across international and domestic circuits, ensuring every transmission is accurate and timely.
- Act as a consultant for our clients by interpreting their specific instructions and proposing effective solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Maintain high service standards by monitoring order progress, coordinating with internal teams and external affiliates, and reprioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a proven track record in an operational or client-facing role. To succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a foundational understanding of HTML.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with the energy to work under pressure, manage your time efficiently, and thrive within a team-oriented culture.
- The ability to work a flexible shift pattern, as this role requires rotating weekly shifts and occasional weekend on-call duties.
