As a Client Services & Operations Executive you will be responsible for processing, proofing and distributing copy to International and domestic circuits via wire, PR Newswire for Journalist web service, Internet, and email, while ensuring a timely and accurate transmission. Taking and interpreting client instructions, you will draw on your previous experience to recognize client's needs and propose appropriate solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our business within our crucial Client Services & Operations Department. This role will allow you to leverage your editorial and proofreading skills while developing a consultative approach with our internal and external clients to ensure service delivery excellence. This role will give you an opportunity to work in shift pattern model giving great flexibility and be part of a great collaborative team. This is order processing from end to end while providing clients with excellent customer service.
