The role
We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote-first position, though our office in Palermo Soho is always open for those who prefer an in-person environment. We need a professional who is deeply committed to sales and eager to contribute to our collective growth in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define and execute our overarching commercial strategy.
- Drive business development by identifying new prospects through social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from crafting technical-commercial proposals to nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring high retention.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and a clear understanding of the technology landscape. We require the following qualifications:
- A university degree in Marketing, Commercialization, or a related field, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification.
- At least 4 years of professional experience, preferably within a Software Factory environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with Spanish fluency also required for our regional operations.
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems, negotiate effectively, and maintain a sharp focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and persuade stakeholders at various levels.
