What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote role where you will take ownership of a significant portfolio, typically ranging from $5M to $10M in value. You will serve as the primary face of our company for top-tier clients within the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, and capital markets. We value results and autonomy, so we offer a flexible remote work environment that allows you to manage your own schedule while delivering exceptional value to our partners and clients.

What will you do?

  • Manage and expand key accounts by overseeing a multi-million dollar portfolio and driving strategic revenue growth across the financial services industry.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by collaborating closely with our internal teams to maintain high project success rates and top-tier client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert consultation to our clients, acting as a trusted advisor who helps them maximize the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to achieve their business goals.

  • Over 12 years of experience in professional services or consulting, ideally with a strong background in both sales and project delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of current market trends.
  • Proven expertise within the ServiceNow ecosystem and a track record of driving digital transformation.
  • Strong executive presence, which allows you to navigate complex client relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in English to communicate clearly with our global team and client base.
