Client Operations Intern at Well

We are currently looking for a motivated Client Operations Intern to join us in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for a summer program running from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 40 hours per week.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate with our Client Technical Operations team to develop high-quality deliverables for our clients.
• Create essential collateral regarding our implementation processes and develop standardized requirements templates.
• Assist in the development and organization of repeatable client playbooks.
• Capture and document internal knowledge to improve our existing operational materials.
• Receive guidance from our experienced team members to refine your work and present your final projects at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program focused on business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A client-focused mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team.
• A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to quickly grasp our product offerings to produce effective deliverables.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency with design and documentation tools such as Adobe, Canva, or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience or interest in the healthcare technology and operations sectors.

Compensation

This internship offers a compensation rate of $20 per hour.
