As a well-funded Series A startup, we have already helped many happy customers launch their practices, and we are currently looking for a new team member to help us scale our impact even further.

About the Role

We are searching for a Client Onboarding Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this mid-level position, you will be the sixth member of our onboarding department, working closely with our leadership to guide new partners through the launch of their businesses. You will own a dedicated portfolio of clients, helping them navigate our platform and playbooks to ensure their MedSpas open efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for over 20 new MedSpa clients each month, handling everything from legal entity setup and banking to EMR system configuration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for nurse-entrepreneurs, providing expert guidance and coaching to keep them on track until they are ready to transition to a Success Manager.
• Proactively identify risks and operational obstacles while collaborating with the team to refine our processes and improve our overall service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in customer success, implementation, or onboarding roles.
• Strong organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously while keeping detailed tasks on schedule.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities, characterized by a patient yet authoritative approach to leadership.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the technical aptitude to learn new software tools quickly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping small business owners succeed in the medical aesthetics and wellness space.

Location

This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from 70,000 USD to 100,000 USD. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
