Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be the primary owner of the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring that our clients and their crews are set up for success from day one.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of the onboarding journey for new clients, tailoring your approach to fit different regions and operational needs while driving momentum from the moment a contract is signed.
• Guide seafarers through the mobile app setup, wallet activation, and KYC processes, providing patient and clear support to non-technical users across the globe.
• Standardize our onboarding processes and collaborate with our Product and Operations teams to eliminate friction, ensuring we can scale effectively in a regulated environment.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in customer success, onboarding, operations, or implementation roles.
• A strong ability to communicate complex or regulated concepts in a simple, accessible way.
• A proactive and highly organized mindset, with the comfort level required to manage multiple concurrent rollouts across different time zones.
• Fluency in English.
• A willingness to travel globally on occasion to support strategic client rollouts.
• Bonus points if you have previous experience with regulated financial products or the shipping industry.
