As we continue to experience significant growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Client Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help drive our expansion and raise awareness within institutional and private wealth channels by partnering with our investment and business development groups to craft compelling narratives and product positioning.
Key outcomes
- Produce clear, client-focused content that fosters strong relationships across various regions and channels.
- Lead the marketing components of product launches, including the development of fundraising materials and go-to-market strategies.
- Design technical pitch presentations that utilize data visualization to effectively communicate our investment capabilities.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, such as fund brochures, deal insights, and conference materials, to support capital raising and client engagement.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all materials receive the necessary operational, legal, and compliance approvals.
- Ensure product positioning remains consistent by coordinating regular updates to marketing assets.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance in all client-facing materials.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least two to three years specifically within the investment management sector.
- Direct experience with alternative investments, such as hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to analyze complex financial data and quickly grasp sophisticated business concepts.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 for roles based in Chicago, and $100,000 to $115,000 for roles based in New York City. Final salary offers are determined based on an individual's specific experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance, and they will have access to a comprehensive benefits package. This role follows a hybrid work model, with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
