Key outcomes

Develop and implement new features while collaborating closely with design, API, and QA teams to find the most effective solutions.
Transition our development culture from weak code ownership to collective code ownership by sharing knowledge and taking responsibility for features.
Participate in consistent, pull-request-based code reviews to ensure all team members understand and can maintain the codebase.
Monitor live service performance to ensure a smooth user experience and address any issues, such as crashes or network connectivity problems, with speed and precision.
Improve our system architecture by adopting new technologies and paradigms that enhance long-term productivity and code readability.
Build flexible, consistent, and predictable structures to minimize side effects and improve the overall quality of our software.

Requirements

Extensive experience in client-side engineering, specifically within Android, iOS, or Web development environments.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and monitoring service performance.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on code reviews and collective ownership.
Professional fluency in the Korean language.
