- Participate in consistent, pull-request-based code reviews to ensure all team members understand and can maintain the codebase.
- Monitor live service performance to ensure a smooth user experience and address any issues, such as crashes or network connectivity problems, with speed and precision.
- Improve our system architecture by adopting new technologies and paradigms that enhance long-term productivity and code readability.
- Build flexible, consistent, and predictable structures to minimize side effects and improve the overall quality of our software.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in client-side engineering, specifically within Android, iOS, or Web development environments.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and monitoring service performance.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on code reviews and collective ownership.
- Professional fluency in the Korean language.
