What you bring

As a Senior Client Engineer, you will serve as a bridge between our technical product capabilities and the specific needs of our clients. This full-time, remote role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to design bespoke solutions, automate processes, and optimize our implementation tools. You will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with sales, product, and client teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-designed technical solutions.
• Developing and prototyping proof-of-concept integrations and workflows to support new markets and client use cases.
• Designing and implementing robust APIs and data mapping strategies to ensure seamless communication between our ecosystem and our partners.

Requirements

We are looking for a full-stack developer with at least five years of experience in hybrid engineering roles, such as implementation or integration engineering. You should be highly proficient in Python and TypeScript, with a strong command of SQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB. We value candidates who have hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other cloud services, as well as a deep understanding of SSO protocols, API integrations, and healthcare-specific data formats. Beyond your technical toolkit, you must be an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing your own priorities, and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and experience using Jira and Confluence for project management is essential.
