Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Client Digitization Liaison to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based on-site in the United States and focuses on driving the adoption and education of our Site CTMS platform. You will be the bridge between our complex technical capabilities and the end-user experience for our clinical research partners.
Your impact
- Collaborate with our product learning team to create educational materials that help clients navigate and succeed with our digitization tools.
- Lead client-facing office hours to provide direct support, answer questions, and assist with platform configuration.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our internal operations teams, providing deep insights into how backend functionality translates to real-world clinical research workflows.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Practical knowledge of the Site CTMS application.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of optimizing processes across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industries.
- Bonus points for experience with agile software development, Salesforce, or similar case management tools, and professional certifications in clinical research or quality management.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this position is $124,000 - $165,000. In addition to the base pay, this role includes bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your total well-being.
