Description
Protocol Digitization is the heartbeat of the Site CTMS application. The Client Digitization Liaison will help drive education and adoption of Site CTMS platform with our internal teams and client partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the product learning team to develop client facing digitization education materials to support onboarding and continued success.
- As needed, host client facing office hours focused on digitization functionality and build questions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of application functionality surrounding back end digitization functionality and how that translates into an end user experience.
- Partner with Client Operations leads to manage client deliverables.
- Serve as an internal resource for client operations team surrounding digitization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Site CTMS application.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong client facing communication skills. Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience with agile software development.
- Salesforce or similar case management software experience, related tools and add-ons for data exports, reporting, etc.
- Certification or license in clinical research or related life sciences field (ex. ACRP, SOCRA/CCRP).
- Previous experience in quality management (ex. Clinical Research Associate, In-house monitor, Site or Project Manager).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
